- We resolve, or explain why we cannot, within 15 days.
- If we were wrong, we correct it on the record with a dated correction note — we do not silently edit.
What to include
So we can act quickly, tell us: what specifically is wrong, where on the site it appears, what the correct position is, and any evidence supporting it. If you are the person or business being assessed, say so and tell us how you would like to be contacted.
Right of reply
Anyone assessed by Bharosa Club may submit a response. We publish it alongside the assessment. Exercising the right of reply does not waive any other remedy available to you.
Notice and takedown
Send takedown or unlawful-content notices to support@bharosa.club. Identify the exact URL and material, the legal basis for the request, and your contact details. We assess each notice on its evidence, act where the notice is well-founded, and log every action taken.
Pre-launch note. No assessment of any real person or brand is currently published on this site. This channel is live regardless, and messages sent to it are read and answered.
