What we collect from visitors to this site

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no cookies, no advertising pixels, and no analytics beacon on this site. You can read every page without telling us who you are.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse. We do not build profiles from it and do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

When you contact us we hold your message and your email address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of complaints and corrections. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or rent it.

Information we publish about public figures

Bharosa Club's purpose is to publish assessments of financial influencers, built from content those people have published publicly themselves and from public market and regulatory data. We do not obtain private data about them, and we do not publish contact details, addresses, or other personal information beyond what is necessary to identify the public account being assessed.

If you are assessed by Bharosa Club, you may request access to the material we hold about you, ask for a correction, or contest an assessment, through the grievance officer. Where we decline a request we explain why.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may nominate another person to exercise those rights on your behalf. Write to support@bharosa.club, or to the grievance officer if you are dissatisfied with our response. You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host or deliver this site, and where we are legally required to do so.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
