1. Who we are

Bharosa Club is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not know your circumstances and nothing here is tailored to them. Any decision you take about your money is yours alone, and you should consult a registered adviser before acting.
3. What our assessments are
Assessments published by Bharosa Club are opinions, formed in good faith from publicly posted content and public market and regulatory data, and stated as of the date shown. They describe how a public communicator's public statements have performed against a stated benchmark and methodology. They are not statements that any person is dishonest, incompetent, or unlawful, and they must not be read that way. Past performance of any call, creator, or security does not indicate future results.
4. Accuracy and limits
We take care with our sources and publish the evidence behind each signal, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or error-free. Data feeds, transcripts, and automated extraction can be wrong. Where the record is too thin to support a conclusion we say so rather than guess. If you find an error, tell the grievance officer and we will correct it on the record.
5. Right of reply and takedown
Anyone we assess may respond, and we publish the response alongside. Takedown and unlawful-content notices are handled through the grievance process.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or present our material as your own or as investment advice from us.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its text, methodology, and compilation of data are ours. Quoted material and market data remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of comment, criticism, and reporting. You may quote and link to our pages with attribution; you may not republish them wholesale.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharosa Club is not liable for any investment loss, trading loss, or other loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
